Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return:

Return Period:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) without needing to provide a reason. The return package must be shipped back within this 14-day period.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and typically take 7–10 business days after we receive your return. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. It may take an additional up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at contact@tason-london.com. Include photos and a description of the issue so our team can assist you promptly.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at your own expense and may vary depending on your location and chosen courier.

  • We do not cover customs duties, taxes, or import fees for returned items.
  • Please retain your proof of shipment and tracking number, as we cannot process returns without it.

Return Processing Time

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 10 business days. You can monitor the delivery of your return using your courier’s tracking service. The 10-day processing window begins once the item arrives at our warehouse.

After your refund has been issued, we’ll notify you by email. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
