Order Processing & Cancellations

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Estimated delivery times are outlined below.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

    • United Kingdom: Free shipping on all orders
    • Other destinations (Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Sweden): A flat shipping fee of £6.90 or equivalent applies

During promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume.

Additional Notes

TaSon London ships orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

If your package arrives damaged due to shipment, please contact us at contact@tason-london.com within 5 business days of receipt. Be sure to include photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
